Sylvi’s Timekeepers of Tomorrow: Surat Kids Get a Life-Changing Boost

It's a hot July day in Surat. Kids are packed into Suman High School No. 9, ready for something different. On July 29, 2025, we, the local watch brand with a big heart, showed up with our Sylvi Timekeepers of Tomorrow CSR project. Over 450 students get a crash course in making every second count. And the kicker? Sylvi hands out wristwatches to every kid, teacher, and guest. With the SWOT Charitable Trust in their corner, they are not just talking time; they are changing lives, one tick at a time.
Here's how Sylvi's making waves in Surat, tying into India's Viksit Bharat@2047 dream, and showing what giving back looks like.
Sylvi's All About Heart
Sylvi makes watches that Vibe with Surat's hustle. Sleek, affordable, perfect for your daily grind. But they are not just about looking good. They are about doing good. Timekeepers of Tomorrow is our way of saying, "Hey, Surat, we've got you." It is about teaching kids in Classes 10, 11, and 12 to grab time by the horns.
High school is wild. Exams, friends, big dreams, and maybe too many reels. Sylvi gets it. We know managing time can be a game-changer. That's why we teamed up with the SWOT Charitable Trust. SWOT Charitable Trust works to lift kids through education. We came up with a plan for the day that we will do something more interesting than boring lectures.
The Big Day at Suman High School
Forget boring school, long hours of lectures. The Timekeepers of Tomorrow event was straight-up fun. Sylvi and SWOT brought their A-game to Suman High School No. 9. Over 450 kids got pulled into a day of real talk and big ideas.
1. Time is Your Dearest Friend
We started the day with a question: What is time for you? Kids were split into groups. We discussed their daily routines. Some fessed up to scrolling too much. Some told us that they are addicted to video games. We shared different perspectives on utilising the time that we generally waste mindlessly. At last, everyone realized they could hustle more effectively. It was a gentle reminder to take responsibility for their daily hours.
2. Invest, Don't Waste
Next, they tackled the difference between wasting time and using it right. Think about choosing between another YouTube video and cracking open that chemistry book. We made the kids make bullet points in their notes about ways to switch things up, like studying before chilling, utilising the Pomodoro technique, etc. It was practical stuff they could do.
3. Sort Your Stuff Out
The team dropped a gem: how to pick what matters. We taught them a trick. Splitting tasks into "gotta do now" and "can wait." We used examples to make them understand it better, like keeping the big stuff first, setting priorities, saying 'No' to not-so-important things, etc. Students now have strategies that don't feel like chores.
4. Stories That Hit Hard
Stories always steal the show. The team shared tales of folks who made time their secret weapon, like a Surat kid who started a business by staying focused, or a global name who planned their way to the top. Students were very excited and hooked. They expressed their dreams, and we discussed many strategies for achieving them.
5. A Watch That Means Something
The best part? Sylvi gave every kid, teacher, and guest a wristwatch. For some, it was their first ever. Faces lit up. Sylvi watch serves as a memory for this day, so that the purpose of the day is never forgotten. That's Sylvi's "Joy of Gifting" in full swing, turning a watch into a promise.
“Samay No Sadupyog”
Sylvi's founders said a few lines in Gujarati to make it feel at home: "Samay no sadupyog, safalta no pehlo kadam che". That's "Using time wisely is the first step to success." In Surat, where everyone is grinding, it landed like a truth bomb. The kids felt it, nodding like they just got the cheat code to life.
The day wrapped with Sylvi's tagline, "Race with Time." It wasn't about rushing. It was about owning every moment, like a boss.
Our Key Creative Team
We would not have been able to do it solo. Sylvi got support from the SWOT Charitable Trust and Suman High School No. 9 in successfully organising this event. SWOT brought their love for kids and education, making sure the day spoke to these students' lives. The staff from the school joined us, boosting the Vibe.

Why Time Management is a Superpower
Time management is not just for suits in boardrooms. For high school kids, it's a straight-up superpower. They are juggling school, buddies, maybe a side gig, and big "what's next?" vibes. Getting a handle on time changes the game. They need to do a lot of things, which is why time management becomes a crucial skill to learn.
-
Succeed at School: Success at school heavily depends on managing time. Kids have to do a lot of things like study, play, learn something new, and rest.
-
Level Up: Time management will help in developing good habits. These good habits shape our daily lives in the long run. Helpful even in college, a job, or a profession.
-
Stay Chill: Being better at time management gives confidence to achieve things efficiently. You will be able to make time for things that you enjoy amidst your busy schedule.
-
Dream Big: Time management helps kids chase goals. It boosts ambition to think big and achieve big.
Sylvi's giving these kids a tool that'll carry them far.
A Gift That's More Than Ticks
Handing out watches was the move of the day. For lots of these kids, it was their first watch. You could see the spark in their eyes—pure joy. Wrist watches are not just about checking the time now and then, waiting for a break, or the final bell. It is to help you work smartly and be more self-aware.
That's Sylvi's "Joy of Gifting" vibe. In Surat, where community is everything, a gift like that has a different impact. It's not about swag—it's about saying, "You've got this." Sylvi didn't just give watches; our efforts are a small contribution to children's growth.

What's Coming Next
Sylvi's not stopping here. They're hyped to take Timekeepers of Tomorrow to more schools in Surat and Gujarat. Thousands more kids could get this life hack. They're tossing around ideas like apps for planning or check-ins to keep the kids on track. With SWOT by their side, it's gonna be big.
The dream? A whole generation of kids who see time as their wingman, ready to take on the world.
Sylvi's Real Deal
Sylvi's CSR activity shows what a brand can do when it cares. They are working on creating futures, not just selling timepieces. They are like family in Surat, helping the children who will shape the future. It is a small step toward Viksit Bharat@2047, but it's a real one.
Pop by Sylvi's site or store, and you're not just checking out watches. You are joining a crew that is all in for their city, their kids, and their country. Those students at Suman High School No. 9, rocking their new watches, aren't just keeping time. They are grabbing every second, ready to make Surat and India proud.
