Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless being returned due to damages or malfunction. In some areas, where our logistic partner does not offer pickup service, the customer has to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own cost.

All Sylvi watches can be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Only costimized watch it can not be returned. However, returns received beyond 10 days from the date of purchase or that do not meet our quality standards can not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Yes, we offer a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty on the movement of our watches. Additionally, you get 6 months of extended warranty if you register your product.
