Certified Imperfect Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Certified Imperfect watch, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Conditions
All Certified Imperfect watches listed on our website have undergone rigorous testing, and inspection by certified technicians to ensure functionality and quality. These watches have never been purchased or worn by anyone. However, these watches may have minor visual imperfections, which may include:
- Minor scratches on the case, dial, back case, strap, or buckle.
- Minor Dents on case.
- Print issues, such as minor misalignment or fading of text or markings or double printing.
- Macro particles or dust inside the dial or casing that do not affect functionality.
- Decolorized due to natural behaviour.
A Certified Imperfect watch may have a maximum of three of the listed imperfections. These imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not impact the functionality, timekeeping accuracy, or performance of the watch.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Prices: The prices of Certified Imperfect watches are as listed on our website and are final unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Methods: We only accept prepaid payments for Certified Imperfect products. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for these items.
- Discounts: No additional discounts, coupons, or promotional deals can be applied to Certified Imperfect watches unless explicitly specified on our website.
3. Warranty
- Coverage: All Certified Imperfect watches are covered under the standard Warranty, which applies for 1 year* and covers mechanical defects only, refer to our Warranty Policy.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections, physical damage, water damage, or battery depletion due to regular usage.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: Certified Imperfect watches are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
- Replacement: If a Certified Imperfect watch finds mechanical or functional defects, it’s eligible for a replacement as per the Replacement Policy.
- However, if a replacement watch is unavailable, a Sylvi gift card of the same value as the original purchase will be issued for future use on our website.
5. General Terms
- By purchasing a Certified Imperfect watch, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the product’s condition as described in these terms.
- These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the Sylvi without prior notice.
- Sylvi reserves the right to decline service or cancel orders if fraudulent activity or misuse of these terms is detected.
