- Product Condition: Certified Imperfect watches are fully functional but may have up to three minor cosmetic imperfections, including scratches, dents, print misalignment, dust particles, or color fading. These do not affect the watch's performance.
- Pricing & Payments: Prices are final and subject to change. Only prepaid payments are accepted; Cash on Delivery (COD) is unavailable. No additional discounts or promotional offers apply unless specified.
- Warranty: A 1-year* warranty covers mechanical defects only. Cosmetic imperfections, physical damage, water damage, or battery depletion due to regular use are not covered.
- Returns & Refunds: Certified Imperfect watches are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Replacements are only available for mechanical defects as per the Replacement Policy. A Sylvi gift card of equal value will be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
