Sylvi provides a six-month limited warranty on all watches and two years warranty on leather wallets. Here are some terms and conditions for the Limited Product warranty.
Products shipped to and for use in India warrants to the customer that the products will be free of defects in material and workmanship if properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting.
Warranty Instruction for Watches
Your watch is warranted for a period of Six (6) months from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty.
All watches are warranted to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use for a period of six months from the date of purchase. To receive service under warranty the watch must be returned directly to the manufacturer with your proof of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace the product or refund your money and take the product back.
The warranty covers the watch movement, hands and dials only. In case of defects covered by the warranty, your watch will, at the sole option of Sylvi Watch, be repaired free of charge. The covered components will be repaired or the watch replaced free of component and labour charges if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and a similar style will be provided.
The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorised by Sylvi Watch or its representatives. Should you require work under warranty, please contact Sylvi customer care directly. The watch must be presented along with the duly completed warranty, original sales receipt & contact information. After the expiry of the warranty period, our service centers will, of course, be at your complete disposal to repair and maintain your watch against a reasonable charge.
Warranty Instruction for Wallets
Your wallet is warranted for a period of Two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty.
All wallets are warranted to be free from defects in material and or workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. To receive service under warranty the wallet must be returned directly to the manufacturer with your proof of purchase. We will, at our option, repair or replace the product or refund your money and take the product back.
All Sylvi wallets come with a limited 2-year warranty. We will attempt to repair any damage caused by material failure or faulty hardware during the first two years of the leather wallet's life. Depending on the degree of damage, we may decide that replacing the product is better than repairing it. In that case, you will be informed before a decision is made. If you decide to keep the damaged goods rather than replace them, we will refund you. We cannot guarantee that if your wallet is exchanged you will receive the same model. If your model is not available, you will be offered a similar product of comparable value and style.

Warranty Doesn't Cover
- Damage caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
- Defects occur to the product after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Variations of colour or texture in products made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood, etc, Fabric and leather are not covered by any warranty.
- Water damage if the product's water resistance levels (shown on the product) are not followed.
- Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer, will not get warranty coverage.
- If serial numbers, production date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated, this warranty will be void.
If the customer finds a material defect in material or workmanship in any product, part or component, he/she must report such defect during the relevant warranty period to Sylvi customer service at +91-96876-60234.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Sylvi. Sylvi shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Sylvi has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Sylvi’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Sylvi’s sole option.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to residential (non-commercial) use only and is void if the product is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered or repaired by any resource other than us or our partners. For warranty issues:
- We will repair or provide reasonably equivalent products as a replacement due to any product defects.
- Replacement will be of equal value to the original purchase price.
- No cash refund is available and in no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or incidental or consequential damages.
- Visible defects and variances to order details must be brought to our attention within 10 (TEN) days of delivery.

How to Claim Warranty?

- RMA ID
- Full address
- Contact number
- Email address
- Where your item was purchased from
- Model reference of the item
- A copy of your proof of purchase
- Full description of the work required
Please do not send your original packaging. Sylvi highly recommends that you insure your parcel and adequately protect the item during shipment. Sylvi is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.
If your item is covered by the warranty the item will be repaired and sent back free of charge. For repairs not covered by the warranty, you will receive an estimate of the cost to approve before any work is carried out. Please note that all of our prices are subject to change.
Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to the manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace/repair your product with the same style. As we are a fashion company, we cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for your replacement. If this is the case, you will be able to select a replacement.
