Gift Card Delivery: When purchasing a gift card for someone else, it is your responsibility to personally send the received gift card from your email to the intended recipient.
Validity Period: The gift card will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Discounts and Application: The gift card can be applied after all discounts have been taken into account.
Balance Carry Forward: Any remaining balance on the gift card can be carried forward until the date of expiry.
Exceeding Gift Card Value: If the order value exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance, if any, must be paid using any prepaid payment option. The balance amount cannot be settled via the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
Payment Mode for Gift Card Purchase: Gift cards cannot be purchased using the Cash on Delivery mode and must be paid for using a prepaid payment mode only.
Non-Refundable/Reversible/Rechargeable: Gift card balances cannot be reversed, refunded, or recharged after use.
Cancellation and Refund: If an order placed partly or fully using a gift card is cancelled or returned without exchange, the remaining balance will be permanently expired and will not be eligible for a refund. Any balance amount will be refunded by the general return and refund policy of the Sylvi website.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: Sylvi is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash, as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Unauthorized Use: Sylvi is not responsible for any unauthorized use of the gift card. It is the purchaser's responsibility to keep the gift card information secure.
Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom the gift card was issued.
No Cash Redemption: The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
Use of Multiple Gift Cards: Multiple gift cards can be used to make a single purchase, but the combined value of the gift cards must cover the total order amount.
