Shipping policy

While we cannot guarantee delivery times, we endeavor to meet the following schedule.

Orders sent via standard shipping should expect delivery within 5-7 business days after receipt of the order.

All orders will be dispatched the same day if the order is received Monday to Friday by 1:00 PM IST for in-stock merchandise and successful credit card payment verification.

Any orders placed after 1:00 PM IST will be dispatched the next business day. For any orders received after 1:00 PM IST on Friday or over the weekend, the order will be processed on the next business day and dispatched by the end of the following business day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Delivery marked as return:
Our shipping partner attempts the delivery 3 times, if the unavailability of the customer or the order not collected for some other reason the delivery is marked as returned back to us. Our team tries their best to reattempt the delivery again but once marked and returned, only the amount of the product excluding the shipping charges is refunded back to the customer.

Found damage in our product?
Our products go through extensive quality checks before they are sent to you. If still, you receive any damaged product please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Still not received your order?
Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days and we aim to provide speedy delivery. If you haven't received your order within 7-8 days from dispatch drop us a message on any of the platforms or mail us at customercare@sylvi.in

Have an order update?
If you wish to update any part of your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 6 hours of the order placed.

Fast shipping & No contact deliveries

  • Shipping charges are the same for any order quantity.
  • All the orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours and delivered within 5-7 days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries in select pin codes in North East, J&K may take longer to deliver.
  • We ship all the orders via Delhivery / Xpressbees / Bluedart. All the shipping companies use OTP-based no-contact deliveries.
  • Our dedicated associates are making all efforts to provide the products and services our customers need at this time. Please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location take longer than usual. In case a pin code lies in a containment zone, delivery in these areas may get delayed
OTP VERIFICATION POLICY:
  • In order to make our deliveries more secure and safe, all deliveries are OTP verified.
  • A one-time password (OTP) is a number sent via SMS to the registered phone number once the order is out for delivery.
  • The delivery guy will place a call to you for the verification of the OTP and once it has been verified the order will be successfully handed over to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • In case you have mentioned a wrong number while placing the order please reach out to us at customercare@sylvi.in within 6 hours of placing the order so that we can update the number.
  • 3 attempts are made for every shipment. If in case the delivery is failed due to an incomplete address/phone number, only the amount of the product will be refunded.
  • In case, you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery you may share the OTP with someone you trust to collect the package although we do not recommend sharing the OTP with an unknown person. Alternatively, we can reattempt the delivery to the next day.
  • If in any situation you have shared the OTP with the delivery guy over call/some other person and do not verify as to where the order is being delivered, we will not be liable if the product isn't delivered to you.
  • DO NOT ACCEPT a torn/tampered package, kindly return the same to the delivery guy and reach out to us at customercare@sylvi.in with your order id and we will dispatch the replacement at no additional cost.

1. What is the estimated delivery time for orders placed with standard shipping?
For all Sylvi orders sent via standard shipping, it might take up to 5-7 business days.
2. What happens if the delivery is marked as returned?
Our logistic partner will tri 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is marked as returned due to the receiver's unavailability, the amount of the product (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded back to the customer in case of prepaid.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. They will assist you in resolving the issue. Please refer our return policy here.
4. What should I do if I haven't received my order within 7-8 days after dispatch?
If you haven't received your order within 7-8 days from dispatch, please contact us through any of our platforms or email us at customercare@sylvi.in to inquire about the status of your order.
5. Can I update my order after placing it?
Yes, you can update your order. Only if it has not been dispatched. Contact our customer support to update details. After dispatch, an order update is not possible.
6. Which shipping companies do you use for delivering orders?
We ship all orders via Delhivery, Xpressbees, or Bluedart. Courier partner is assigned based on your location and availability.
7. Are there any specific pin codes or regions where deliveries may take longer?
Deliveries to select pin codes in North East and J&K regions may take longer to arrive.
8. What happens if I unknowingly provide the wrong delivery address during order placement?
If you provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us within 6 working hours of placing the order to update the correct address. We cannot be held liable if the product isn't delivered due to an incorrect address.
9. How long do I have to report a problem with my order or seek assistance?
We provide order update timely. In rare case, if you didn't receive your order update, please reach out to our customer support team. It is important to contact us promptly to ensure a swift resolution.
10. What should I do if I receive a torn or tampered package?
If you receive a torn or tampered package, please do not accept it. Kindly return it to the delivery person and reach out to us at customercare@sylvi.in with your order ID.
