How we handle Amazon customer data

SynergyX Trends Private Limited sells Sylvi watches and accessories on Amazon.in. This page explains how we handle the information Amazon shares with us to fulfill your order.

What we receive. Your order details, and for orders we ship ourselves, your name, shipping address, and phone number. We get this only from Amazon, through Amazon's Selling Partner API.

How we use it. Only to pack your order, print the shipping label, hand it to the courier, and confirm shipment to Amazon. We never use it for marketing, never contact you outside Amazon's messaging service, and never sell or rent it.

Who we share it with. For orders we ship with our own courier partner, Shiprocket receives your name, address, phone number, and parcel details so it can deliver your order. No one else receives it.

How we protect it. It is stored in our order system on Amazon Web Services, encrypted at rest and in transit. Only the staff who pack and ship orders can see it, every access is logged, and all accounts use multi-factor authentication.

How long do we keep it? We delete or anonymize your name, address, and phone number within 30 days of delivery. Printed packing documents are shredded after dispatch. We keep order numbers and amounts, without personal details, as accounting and tax law require.

If something goes wrong. We report any security incident involving Amazon customer data to Amazon within 24 hours and to the authorities as Indian law requires.
